Shipping And Returns
We deliver to most business addresses across the Australian mainland and Tasmania. Please be aware deliveries outside of metropolitan areas may take longer. Your signature will be required when the parcel is delivered. If you are not available at time of delivery, a card will be left with contact information for collection. VUNO is unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Lockers.
If you would prefer to arrange collection from our offices yourself, please select the Pick-Up Only option in the cart, then contact us to make arrangements.
If you are uncertain of how we would categorise a delivery to your nominated delivery address please contact us so we can clarify that for you.

The Australian Consumer Law (ACL) protects consumers by giving them certain guaranteed rights when they buy goods and services. For example, the Law requires that goods must be free of defects, and do what they are meant to do. Services must be carried out with care and skill. These rights, which the Law says automatically apply whenever goods or services are supplied to a consumer, are called 'Consumer Guarantees'.
Under the ACL, these Consumer Guarantees cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of "acceptable quality" and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Consumer Guarantees have no set time limit but generally last for an amount of time that is reasonable to expect given factors including the cost and quality of the product or any representations made. For further information, please refer to Consumer Rights page of the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission website.
If you believe that a product that you have purchased from VUNO is faulty, the minimum remedies VUNO will provide to you are as detailed below. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law may extend beyond these time periods.
VUNO Refund And Warranty Policies
VUNO will provide a refund, replacement or repair where products are deemed to be faulty. VUNO reserves the right to decline an exchange, refund or repair where a fault is caused by:
- improper installation;
- the product being operated outside the recommended voltage range specified detailed on the rating label;
- the product being operated outside the specifications of the product or outside of the conditions usually encountered;
- any repair of, or alteration to, the product not performed by VUNO or our authorised agent;
- irregular cleaning or maintenance;
- any cause other than normal use; or
- faults in equipment you own; or
VUNO needs to be satisfied that the product is faulty, the cause of the fault and that the problem with the goods was not your fault. VUNO reserves the right to have returned goods assessed within a reasonable time frame to determine this, including whether the goods are defective or simply require some form of basic troubleshooting.
In most circumstances faulty goods would have been sold complete with out of the box accessories such as remotes, controllers, power cords and connectivity cables. It is a requirement for the fulfilment of refunds, exchanges and replacements that customers have used their best endeavours to return faulty products complete with the out of the box accessories supplied at the time of the original purchase.
