Financial information that is collected via the VUNO website is for the purpose of transaction approval and funds transfer, and used to bill you for products and services. Data we collect from you is kept securely and held on secure servers in controlled facilities.
Please be aware that your data (including, but not limited to, images, music and video) may be lost during the process of repairing electronic products. It is your responsibility to ensure all personal data is backed up or deleted before the product is returned to VUNO.

VUNO will provide a refund, replacement or repair in accordance with the details set out below under Returns & Exchange Policy. This sets out the minimum time periods within which VUNO will offer you a refund, replacement or repair. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law may extend beyond these time periods.
